This Privacy Policy describes how Casa de Campo - External ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our portal at owners.casadecampoteetimes.com.

When you choose to sign in using your Google Account, we collect the following information:

Basic Profile Information: Your name and email address to identify your account.
Google Contacts (Read-Only): If you grant permission, we access your Google Contacts list via the Google People API.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data collected for the following specific purposes:

Authentication: To allow you to securely log in to the tee times management portal.
Contact Syncing: To enable you to easily invite your personal contacts or golf partners to join tee time bookings without manual entry.

3. Data Storage and Protection

Your Google Contact data is used in real-time to facilitate your selections. We do not store a permanent copy of your entire Google Contact database on our servers. We only store the specific contact information you choose to associate with a booking.

4. Google Limited Use Policy Disclosure

Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or contact lists to outside parties. Data is only shared with the Casa de Campo booking systems as required to finalize your golf reservations.

6. Your Choices

You can revoke access to your Google data at any time through your Google Security Settings. You may also contact us at eduardo@gt4b.com to request data deletion.

7. Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

According to Facebook policy, we provide a User Data Deletion Callback URL or instructions. To delete your activities for the Casa de Campo Owners Portal, you can follow these steps:

Go to your Facebook Account's "Settings & Privacy" > "Settings".
Look for "Apps and Websites" and you will see all of the apps you have linked.
Search for Casa de Campo - External and click "Remove".
Alternatively, contact us at eduardo@gt4b.com to request permanent deletion of your associated portal data.

8. Legal Requests and Public Authorities

We take the privacy of our users seriously and have established the following protocols regarding requests from public authorities:

Legality Review: Every request for user data is reviewed by our legal team (or designated officer) to ensure it has a valid legal basis and follows proper due process.
